As Creative Director, I led designers, AI experts and copy writers to create a campaign designed to grab the C-suite’s attention and challenge how people think about Korn Ferry. Many still see us as just an executive search firm, so the opportunity was to show we’re far more than that — a consulting partner that helps organisations power performance by unlocking the potential of their people.
I developed the campaign idea “The Secret.” It plays on a simple truth: leaders are always searching for the secret to performance, while many don’t fully know what Korn Ferry actually does. The campaign builds intrigue around that idea before revealing the answer — people — and how our end-to-end talent solutions unlock performance across organisations.
